  • Stock Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund or offering an alternative.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message to verify the order details. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled.

  • Payment Methods: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as online payment methods where applicable.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in the suspension of future COD order privileges on your account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location within Pakistan. Unexpected courier delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics issues may occasionally occur.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel weight unless a free shipping promotion applies.

5. Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 to 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Process: Customers must provide photo/video proof of any damaged or incorrect item via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return or exchange.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Prime Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
